Reserve items we don't currently have in stock. Pay a deposit so we can place the supplier order — the item comes to Heat Vault first (est. 5–7 days), we check it, then you pay the remaining product balance.
Shipping or eligible meetup cost is calculated at final fulfillment, not with your deposit.
How a Heat Vault Reserve works
Reserves are for items Heat Vault does not currently have in stock. Your deposit lets us place the supplier order — the item ships to Heat Vault first, never straight to you.

Your deposit is what lets Heat Vault place the supplier order.

Supplier ships to Heat Vault
Estimated 5–7 days. The item comes to us first — never straight to you.

We check the item
We inspect it in hand before anything moves.

Pay the remaining balance
Once it's checked we email you the remaining product balance.

Final fulfillment
Shipping or an eligible meetup is arranged and quoted at this stage — not today.
